Our Story..
HR Productions was born from a simple belief: that creativity has the power to bring people together, inspire change and create memories.
Evolved from the mind of Hannah Reilly, after over a decade of experience working as a facilitator and freelance director. Throw in a little bit of a lockdown, a move back to Ballymena and the desire to create new work led to the company creation. HR Productions brings together everything Hannah loves about her work, working with people, partnering with new artists, reaching untouched communities and sharing her love for theatre. It's a home for bold theatre, unforgettable events and meaningful impact.
Since establishing we have had the privilege to work with an array of clients, including: Good Relations, the Daniel Spargo Mabbs Foundation, several local council authorities, over 100 schools across Ireland, Rasie Your Voice, the Police Service of Northern Ireland, VOYPIC, Headway NI, Glenarm Castle and Belfast International Airport.
That is why at the heart of every project is collaboration. Our clients are what drive our work so collaboration is key with businesses, students, artists, organisations and the community.
Meet the team
Hannah Reilly: Founder
Hannah has a BA in Drama and English from Queen's University Belfast and studied Introduction to Theatre Directing with the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She has been a freelance director and facilitator for 12 years working with companies all over Northern Ireland. She also co-founded Ever Unique Productions in 2020.
Her recent directing credits include: Gone Fishing (Queen's Hall), Roaches (The Sanctuary Theatre & the Cultúrlann), I Love You Mum - I Promise I Won't Die (2025/2026 NI Tour), Just Passing Through (10 minute plays), Ceasefire Babies (Belvoir Studio Theatre & Queen's Hall), The Dream Collector (Accidental Theatre), Midsummer Night's Dream (Queen's Hall) and several commissions for Good Relations week, local councils and the PSNI.
As a facilitator Hannah has worked with several Councils, schools and community organisations including Ards and North Down Borough Council, PEACE IV fund, the PSNI, Fermanagh and Omagh District Council, VOYPIC, Headway, Age Concern, BEAM Creative network, Good Relations, the Lyric Theatre and several schools all across NI, South Africa, Italy and Poland, Hannah is a current part time lecturer for the NRC and has successfully put over 100 students through their LCM acting exams with a 100% pass rate.
She has completed training in Violence Against Women and Girls, diversity, screen acting, suicide prevention, business development with Women in Business, anger management, dementia training and has completed the Intermediate training course with Frantic Assembly.
